This metaphor illustrates the concept of a leadership gap. Despite having abundant resources and skills, your effectiveness as a leader can be compromised by unaddressed gaps. Our comprehensive series is designed for entrepreneurs, Managers, senior executives, High-potential employees, leaders, and business owners who aspire to elevate their leadership effectiveness.
Participants will explore what a leadership gap is, how it manifests, and its impact on leadership effectiveness. The program will include practical strategies for overcoming these gaps and examples of what it looks like for leaders who are mindfully addressing them in their day-to-day presence. Incorporating short case studies and scenario-based learning, the program will offer focused and interactive group sessions, lasting 30 minutes each, occurring twice within the course.
